  • All communications via the Grasshopper app are encrypted.

  • Data is stored on a secure Mac computer and a password-protected external hard drive.

  • A Virtual Private Network (VPN) is used for all internet communications to ensure secure access.

We regularly update and monitor our security practices to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse of your information.

V. End-Client Rights
